Lauren has spent the past 10 years working with both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, witnessing firsthand how many small nonprofits and early-stage businesses struggle to establish credibility with their target audiences. Many lacked essential assets—policies, websites, and organizational tools—while others lost valuable resources as staff transitioned. Seeing a significant impact on Black-owned businesses, Lo founded Eremia Creative Consulting to bridge these gaps, providing the structure and digital presence needed for long-term success.
