PROJECT OVERVIEW

Second Baptist Church of Penn Hills sought innovative solutions to grow its congregation and expand its ministry’s impact. In the wake of COVID-19, the church experienced a decline in in-person attendance, leaving the pastor preaching to empty seats. To revitalize engagement and connect with the community, the church needed a strategic approach to outreach, digital presence, and member retention.

OUR CONTRIBUTIONS

By leveraging a combination of branding, digital marketing, and community-driven initiatives, the goal was to position Second Baptist Church of Penn Hills as a welcoming and accessible space for spiritual growth. The strategy included:

  • Brand Revamp & Visual Identity: Designed a fresh, modern logo and color scheme to create a cohesive and recognizable church bran. Developed custom stationary and postcards to enhance communication and outreach efforts.
  • Digital Expansion & Engagement: Established and managed the church's presence on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, increasing visibility and interaction with the community.
  • Strategic Content Planning: Developed a comprehensive church and content calendar, ensuring consistent messaging and timely engagement across all platforms.
  • Content Creation & Distribution: Procured and created dynamic content tailored to social media, helping the church connect with a wider audience and foster a sense of belonging among members.
